Joy Scouts began with the smallest of moments - a handwritten note, a thoughtful gift, a surprise arriving in the mail on an ordinary Tuesday. We loved that feeling of brightening someone’s day, and we wanted to share more of it with the world.

So, we followed that little spark, and it led us here.

Joy Scouts is our way of celebrating the magic tucked inside everyday kindness. We believe joy doesn’t need to be grand or complicated - just genuine and often found in the simplest moments. A message sent at the right time. A small surprise chosen with care. A reminder that someone is thinking of you.

We are two great friends, Neroli and Jaime, brought together by a love of creativity, community, and making people feel good. Everything we create - from our signature subscription mailbox magic to thoughtful little finds through our gifting concierge service - is crafted with intention and heart.
