What is Joy Scouts?

Joy Scouts is a small business consisting of Jaime and Neroli, two great friends who believe one simple thing; Joy grows when shared! We started noticing how the smallest things, a thoughtful note, a handmade object, a surprise in the mail, can completely shift someone's day.  Within our store you will find products and services that bring joy back into yours or someone's every day life. 

How does shipping work?

We ship internationally! Your Joy Scouts package will arrive in a brightly coloured envelope with tangible extras included all based upon your choice of product.

How often will I receive my Joy Scouts delivery?

Mailbox Magic is released once each month.  Subscriptions received by the last day of any month will begin with the following month's edition, sent at the end of that month - joining the next shared release.  Each envelope is sent with Australia Post (and their international partners) the old-fashioned way, with a stamp.  There is intentionally no tracking.  Within Qld you can expect your mail within 5 days, interstate can be 7+ days depending on your location, and similarly international mail can take 15+ business days depending on your location.  If you have not received your mail within 1 month of release please contact us hello@joyscouts.com.au.  

For all other orders, shipping will be dependant on your product and location.  We are also willing to discuss local delivery.  We are based in the Northern Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, Australia.  For any questions please feel welcome to contact us. 

Can I cancel my subscription or update my address?

Yes! If you would like to cancel your subscription you need to cancel before your next billing cycle. The same with updating your address, or if you have entered your address incorrectly please reach out to us and we will make sure it is updated prior to posting.  Changes, updates and cancellations can be completed through the customer portal under your account.  

Do you ship to my country?

Mailbox Magic is posted worldwide and postage is included in the product cost.
