The Artists Behind the Magic is where you can meet the emerging creatives who bring our letters to life every month.

Our Australian emerging artists join us, weaving colour, curiosity, and wonder into every illustration and artwork. Their work isn’t just decoration, it’s a a small spark of their story carried to the receivers mailbox.

Hi there!  I am Sienna, and I am the artist that works with the team at Joy Scouts.  I am nineteen and just beginning to get my art out in the world.  I work in all different kinds of mediums, but I primarily do graphite, charcoal and watercolour.  They're my absolute favourites to work in, and they're the ones I'm most proficient in. 

I create pieces of art from the letters that Neroli and Jaime include in their monthly Mailbox Magic packages and I also create original artwork for their gifting service too. Keep an eye out as Neroli and Jaime plan to make a lot more of my artwork available.

Hello, I’m Neroli, the person behind the photographic lens and the creative mind guiding the graphic design here at Joy Scouts.

I’ve always loved taking photos, especially landscapes, and finding the unique beauty and magic tucked away in the places we live and travel to. That's the magic of everyday moments.

I've also thoroughly enjoyed creating all the bits and bobs included inside our Mailbox Magic envelopes. It has been a very rewarding adventure so far!

I also help give all the Joy Scout ideas their voice, the financial mind who keeps our dreams sustainable, and the business‑manager extraordinaire who quietly makes everything work.
